To get back on the horse, and dance in the rain..
THE WORK
This was the first creation I made after suddenly loosing my dad feb 2018. It has nothing to do with greif, but rather about the joy for dance, making something fun and getting myself back to create again. A big Thank you to Jøran for joining this exploration.
CREATION PROCESS
This creation consisted of several tasks:
1. Add movements ideas of things we are not so good at.
2. Exploring and using labans cube and effort overview as a working tool
3a. create the upperbody with some tasks.
3b: then the underbody part.
4. find a way to combind the upper and underbody and in this way make the sequences.
We did sessions of explorations of each tasks, before creating each part. Then we connect the different parts together with the music .
THE FUTURE:
I would love to teach and fit this choreography for a group number.
